POSITION: Sales Executive/ Sales Engineer & Sales Manager
DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing
LOCATION: Pune/ Mumbai
ROLE TYPE: Full- Time

JOB BRIEF:
We have multiple openings for Sales Executive/ Sales Engineer to Sales Manager to help us build up our business activities. We are looking for trustworthy, enthusiastic individuals who would contribute to achieving our goals. Sales individual’s responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (cold calling, networking, social media & presentations etc).
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate customer’s demands, and needs to build productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads to meet personal, team sales targets and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences & attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Graduate / Post Graduate (BBA, BE/ Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical), MBA Marketing
  • 0-6 years’ efficient experience in sales & marketing.
  • Experience in Capital equipment, Genset, Batteries, UPS or any other relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English.
  • Fast learner & a passion for sales, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • People at the senior level should have people management skills for a few of the reportees.

We are seeking a Design Engineer/Manager with proven experience in the design and layout planning of mechanical/automated parking systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating site-specific requirements into efficient, technically accurate, and installation-ready parking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 2D/3D design layouts and mechanical drawings for puzzle, stacker, tower, and shuttle parking systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate design options.
  • Collaborate with the sales and execution teams to align design with client needs and site constraints.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, load calculations, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and applicable codes.
  • Optimize layouts for space efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of installation.

JOB BRIEF:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Officer to join our sales and marketing team. A New Business Development Officer is responsible for demonstrating passion and leadership in developing new business and strategic long-term and high-value engagements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Sheet Metal, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
  • Understand the business requirements, and upcoming projects, and proactively scout for new projects within the target market.
  • Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies to achieve business targets, including, setting sales targets, identifying key customers, and developing sales pitches.
  • A consultative approach to winning over customers’/prospects’ confidence and trust and building large engagement opportunities
  • Play a demand/lead generator role, responsible for acquiring new clients by helping them schedule appointments through a telephone discussion or lead generation.
  • Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline via cold-calling, one-to-one email communications, LinkedIn, referrals, and other inside sales methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales in the parking systems segment by targeting real estate, commercial, and infrastructure clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our range of parking technologies (e.g., puzzle, stacker, shuttle, tower).
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and BOQ-based quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal design and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to influence project planning and design decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while building long-term relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
